Collection O 166 Hotel Princess - Palembang

I recently stayed in a centrally located hotel close to shopping malls with excellent services. the friendly staff went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Plus, the hotel rate included both breakfast and dinners. I loved the variety of local food options during breakfast. And guess what? My favourite restaurant was just a stone's throw away!

The hotel was in an area that was surrounded by many cheap massage parlours, which was a bit of a turn-off.

The location is superb, the breakfast is also good. Next to the airport, 9 miles...

Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Palembang

Hotel is very noisy due to sounds from the club as well as surrounding areas are very noisy. Not as clean as expected from 3 star hotel.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area near a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and dinner, which is a great added value.

The noise level at night was not acceptable. There was a nightclub nearby that played loud music until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were some issues with the room that could have been improved, such as a lack of hot water in the shower and a room that did not accommodate the number of guests that was advertised.

facilites in the room we stayed needs imorovement e.g the electric cattle should change a new one,should have reading.lights on both beds.

I was really dissapointed when we checked in at the hotel we were asked to pay cash deposit at the hotel counter and the receipent did not accept credit card open for payment and accept only confirmed payment this pratices never happend before to other hotels i stayed.

Great location, newly furnished rooms, new bathroom fittings, decent food at the restaurant, relaxing lounge area, strategic location near many places in the city.

For us it was ideal.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Its location was perfect as it was close to various shopping malls, including my favourite restaurant. the hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff provided really good services. Cleanliness was also amazing, and the breakfast package was both delicious and affordable. It added to the value of my stay. Lastly, I found the parking arrangement convenient and the transportation to be easily accessible. this hotel provided me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay in this city.

One big downside was the noise level - there was a live band playing until 2AM which made it impossible to sleep. the room facilities were not as advertised.
